MISSION

To build and empower a community that evolves and rewrites history on how we live, work, play, learn, and give back — together.

What we Do

Creating a leading model for the future of Miami

Our goal is to build a master-planned community that transforms how Miami lives, works, and creates. A mixed-use destination with the future in mind. World-class commercial, residential, retail and greenspaces, will unite people through art and innovation.

By bringing together leading AI companies, strategic capital, talent, and Fortune 1000 industry players in one location, Magic City creates powerful network effects that accelerate innovation and drive sustained demand across office, residential, hospitality, and retail. This integrated model positions the Innovation District as a global hub for applied AI and next-generation enterprise and community transformation.

Rooted in the heritage of Little Haiti, the District champions local identity while connecting the neighborhood to a wider creative and economic network — giving rise to a place where progress is shared, ideas are accelerated, and the future is forged together.

Arquitectonica: The Practice That Redefined Miami — Now Reimagining Its Future

From its inception in 1977, the firm received almost instant attention and acclaim from critics and the public alike, thanks to a bold modernism that became synonymous with a renaissance in Miami’s urban landscape.

Led by Principals Bernardo Fort-Brescia and Laurinda Spear, Arquitectonica continues to push the limits of design through its innovative use of materials, geometry, pattern, and color, bringing a distinctly humanistic modernism to projects around the world.

Today, the practice spans 59 countries across five continents. At Magic City, that legacy comes full circle, as Arquitectonica reimagines the District as a new model for urban life in Miami — forward-looking, design-led, and deeply connected to the city’s cultural future.
